Account
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign up" in the top right corner and complete the registration form. You will need to verify your email address before you can make your first deposit.
Can I have more than one account?
No. Each person may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
How do I verify my identity?
We may ask you to provide a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of address as part of our legal verification obligations. This process is handled securely and your documents are never shared with third parties.
Deposits & Withdrawals
What payment methods are accepted?
WeRivals currently accepts cryptocurrency deposits. Supported coins and networks are displayed in the cashier. We plan to add fiat payment methods — including cards and bank transfers — in the near future.
How long do withdrawals take?
Crypto withdrawals are processed nearly instantly once submitted. Confirmation time depends on network congestion, but most withdrawals arrive within minutes.
Is there a minimum deposit?
Minimum deposit amounts vary by cryptocurrency and network. The exact minimum for each coin is displayed in the cashier before you deposit.

How do prediction bets work?
Prediction bets are binary — you choose Yes or No on a specific outcome. The payout odds are shown on each market. Markets resolve automatically when the outcome is confirmed.
What happens if a bet is cancelled?
If a market is cancelled or voided (e.g. an event does not take place), all stakes are returned to your account balance in full.
